Our instructors make up the core value of the service we provide. That’s why we invest time and energy into making sure every single instructor is supported.
How can we expect your students to be successful, if we don’t make sure you’re set up for success as well?! The answer is simple: We can’t.
That’s why we offer a comprehensive 1 week training program to all of our new instructors.
We’ve designed this paid training program to help you gain a better understanding of the programs we operate and how our classrooms are managed. You will also get the opportunity to observe and co-lead with one of our instructors in live classes.
After you’ve completed training, you will be asked to sign our Consultant Agreement, complete the necessary background checks, and complete the Onboarding Process. Once you’re all set up, you’ll be given your own class schedule!
Once you’ve officially joined our team, you will have access to our Shared Teaching Resources, which contains helpful activities and ideas to use when planning your weekly lessons.
Every month, we organize collaboration meetings between instructors. You will have the opportunity to meet with other instructors from the same program to share ideas, strategize and develop lesson plans.
Our Resources Team continuously updates the vault with activities you can use during class or resources for families, and you are invited to make requests for special activities.

Please note:
Since our instructors work directly with young children, we have a rigorous recruiting process to match candidates to our programs.
If you pass the application process, complete the training and find that the position is not the right fit for you after all, no problem! You will still receive payment for training.
